Job Description
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives with the following qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Accepting Non-BPO experience with excellent communication
- Fresh Graduates welcome
- BPO experience is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Communicate effectively through various channels
- Resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Demonstrate product knowledge
