Job Description
Qualification
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business/Finance/Accountancy/Management or equivalent.
- Must be highly skilled in use of MS Word and Excel Spread Sheets.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Preparation of Payroll and processing of statutory contributions such as SS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.
- Preparation of billing statement.
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports on sales, collections and receivables.
- Checking and recording of vouchers and other reports and documents.
- Maintaining and updating of files and records including reports on inventory of materials.
- Filing and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php17,00.00 per month
