Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in setting up new accounts, managing existing accounts, and troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Maintain a positive attitude while delivering high-quality customer service.
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent, including college undergraduates.
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable.
- Strong English communication skills required.
- Able to work on-site.
- Amenable to attending an on-site interview.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Up to Php27,00.00 per month
