Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Please familiarize yourself with and remain up-to-date with our plans and tariff changes.
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner following the script.
- Refer queries to your manager if unable to answer.
- Provide members and healthcare practitioners with information on benefits.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent, preferably with a background in Medical or related field.
- 6 months related experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite.

Salary: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
