Job Description
A Quality Manager, or Quality Assurance Manager, is responsible for supervising the production process to ensure consistent product standards. Duties include developing quality control tests, inspecting products, and reporting production issues.
Quality Manager duties and responsibilities:
- Implementing methods for product inspection, testing, and evaluation
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Training and managing production staff
- Tracking products through manufacturing processes
- Performing detailed inspections of final products
- Evaluating and addressing non-standard products
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php20,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
