Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco accounts. Non-Voice Account, Dayshift, Voice.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers to address concerns through phone or written communication.
- Resolves customer issues efficiently to avoid call transfers.
- Matches customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilizes negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Shares information with clients and colleagues effectively.
