Job Description
A Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that a company adheres to laws and regulations pertaining to its industry. They conduct thorough audits and examinations to identify potential compliance issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk factors.
The key responsibilities of a Compliance Analyst include:
- Evaluating company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Developing and implementing compliance training programs for employees.
- Monitoring and reporting on compliance-related matters to management.
