Job Description
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Phone and Email Support. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information through both telephone and email channels.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in multitasking, and have a strong customer service orientation. Previous experience in customer support roles is preferred but not required.
This role requires patience, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor in assisting customers with their queries. Training will be provided to ensure that the selected candidate is well-equipped for the job.
