Job Description
Coordinate with Production and Sales department and gather data with regards to delivery receipts and invoices.
Post and encode of invoices/documents to Manual monitoring and Oracle System.
Monitor AR and update collection per customer base on term.
Coordinate and monitor Price Update with Salesman.
Consolidate and report weekly sales per Salesman.
Monitor and update Selling Tools and monitoring compliance of Salesman.
Consolidate and report actual monthly harvest.
PR creation for packaging requirements and other supplies.
PO receiving and MSR creation for packaging deliveries.
