The Operations team at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process including Customer Service, Payment, Warehouse, and more. They analyze operational KPIs and conduct root cause analysis.
- Manage contract confirmations and create accounts within the SLA
- Track pending contracts and Fleet Management System activation status
- Coordinate deployment with Hub Leads and oversee reporting
- Collaborate with Fulfillment team on escalations
- Handle queries and concerns from stakeholders
- Support the Awards Program for the Fulfillment Team
- Minimum of 2 years college education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets
- Skilled in communication tools like emails, social media chat groups, etc.
- Local and regional dialect proficiency required
- Experience in mass sourcing and hiring an advantage
