Job Description
Work set-up: Onsite (Angeles, Pampanga) – Night Shift
With relocation package
With signing bonus
With welcoming bonus
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of Team Leader experience in customer support
- Excellent communication and technical skills
- Experience in phone, email, live chat support
- Familiarity with E-Commerce, ZenDesk, or CRM tools
- Flexible to work different shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php45,00.00 – Php55,00.00 per month
