We are looking for Customer Centric and Motivated Individuals who have the passion to provide exceptional and genuine customer care to our valued clients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to be assigned either in BGC or Mandaluyong/Podium
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- With experience as an Inventory Associate or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
- Verify and document inventory levels, discrepancies, and damages.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory.
- Update inventory systems to reflect real-time stock levels.
- Collaborate with purchasing team to coordinate stock replenishment.
- Perform routine inventory checks to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in handling inventory items.
- Participate in the resolution of inventory discrepancies and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
Successful candidate will be assigned in Podium/BGC.
Please note that this is for an Entry Level position.
