Job Description
As an Invoice Processing Assistant, you will be responsible for verifying and processing invoices from vendors. Your duties will include matching invoices with purchase orders, entering data into the system, and resolving discrepancies. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this role.
We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Excel and has a good understanding of basic accounting principles. Prior experience in invoice processing or accounts payable is preferred but not required.
