Job Description
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely processing of orders while adhering to state purchasing guidelines, rules, and department processes.
- Maintain oversight reporting requirements.
- Liaise and purchase supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and update purchase master file.
- Collate purchase requisitions for the ordering of equipment, uniforms, and other supplies.
- Prepare canvassing sheet and purchase orders.
- Review and track deliveries.
- Ad hoc tasks as assigned or needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any program
- Proven work experience in the related field, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good researching, evaluating, and analyzing skills
- Proficiency in computer software, specifically Microsoft Office applications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to liaise with vendors
- Willing to start ASAP
- Willing to work in Muntinlupa
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php15,910.83 per month
