Job Description
Collection Cashier performs official Receipt Entry from Bills payment transactions such as but not limited to GCASH payment, Metrobank Bills payment, and Bayad Center payment. Allocate such payment in the respective billing, submit timely collection reports and provide timely customer ledger.
- Ensure that all collection receipts are properly in ERP
- Ensure all Official Receipt Entry in ERP are correctly allocated to the respective Billing within the given period of time
- Issue correct collection receipt to the customer within the expected timeline.
- Guide and provide relevant information to the customers regarding payments and billing.
- Ensure correct and on time submission report with all the needed attachments.
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday 7am to 6pm, every Friday 8am – 5pm
Work Location: Brgy. Makiling Calamba City, Laguna
