Job Description
Caldwell Communications are continuously looking for candidates for our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Match customers’ needs with Clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
- Share relevant information with internal and external clients and collaborate with colleagues.
