Job Description
Job description: Responsible for checking all consummated sales transactions based on established systems and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
- Daily Operations
- Consistently follow company policies and procedures.
- Wrap and seal items for customers.
- Verify cashier’s entries and cardholder information.
- Check credit memos and invoices.
- Customer Engagement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer needs and complaints effectively.
Skills: Strong communication, customer service, analytical skills, and knowledgeable in Microsoft applications.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 2-year course.
- Preferably with related experience.
- Can start ASAP & Amenable to work in SM Bacoor.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php520.00 per day
Benefits: Additional leave, company events, and more.
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year as a Customer Service Representative (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
