Job Requirements:
- Senior high school graduate or no longer pursuing further studies
- Minimum 6 months BPO or Customer Service experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer Proficient
- Ability to comprehend issues and instructions
- Can work on a shifting schedule
- Dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Aged 20 to 30, any gender
