Job Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and provides important information/assistance to clients
- Checks mail to provide customer assistance
- Communicates with customers to resolve concerns
- Answer participant questions to obtain critical information

- Open to candidates who completed college with no experience needed
- Open to High School and Senior High School Graduates with BPO experience
- Excellent to above-average English communication skills
