Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at Orbit as Customer Service Representatives in the Shipping & Logistics department. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and address customer needs, providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and policies.
- Document customer interactions using CRM software.
- Exceed team performance targets and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Onsite work required, Filipino Citizen or relevant residence status.
- High school diploma or equivalent, further education preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php32,00.00 per month
