Job Description
- Assists the Payroll and Benefits Specialist in various tasks related to payroll and timekeeping.
- Handles monitoring and reporting of attendance, tardiness, and employment-related reports.
- Process documentation for employee communication allowance and SMART accounts.
- Assists in preparing employee birthday greetings, funeral, and calamity assistance benefits.
- Registers new employees in the biometrics system and maintains HR files and documents.
- Handles HMO and GPA monitoring, evaluation, and renewal processes.
- Conducts training on compensation and benefits updates and procedures.
- Handles various employee requests related to compensation and benefits.
- May need to assist in recruitment activities when required.
