Job Description
We are seeking a talented Controls and Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
Your key duties will include assessing risks, analyzing data to identify control weaknesses, and designing controls to mitigate risks. You will also collaborate with various departments to ensure consistency in control implementation and provide recommendations for improvement.
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of governance frameworks, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
