Job Description
Job Role:
- Act as a liaison between clients and the executive team, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Respond to client inquiries and coordinate resolution of issues.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Client Services executive team.
- Manage executive team calendars.
- Organize and coordinate client meetings, both internal and external.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and maintain client-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings.
Qualifications :
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, neutral accent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- At least 1 year experience in B2B (business to business) BPO setting, voice.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar client services role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
