Job Description
Position: Maintenance Coordinator 2
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 5:30 pm PST
Salary Range: 800 – 1200 USD
Holiday: To be determined
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phone inquiries during business hours
- Enter maintenance bills into Appfolio software
- Assign new Work Orders to vendors and update tenants
- Follow up on pending Work Orders and escalate as needed
- Track completion of Work Orders and communicate with vendors
- Coordinate with warranty companies for repair services
Requirements:
- 1 year of maintenance coordination experience
- Proficiency in Appfolio tools
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Basic home maintenance knowledge
