Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent – Non-Voice to join our team. As a non-voice agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various digital communication channels such as email, chat, and social media.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in customer service or a call center environment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
