Job Description
- Collaborate with management on necessary projects; work independently on delegated tasks
- Ensure an organized, clean workspace
- Maintain office supplies; monitor and use office equipment
- Complete basic bookkeeping; report and help resolve office equipment problems
- Answer phones, take messages, manage mail
- Resolve customer complaints; schedule meetings and events
- Take meeting notes and transcribe them
Office Staff Requirements:
- COLLEGE GRADUATE
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Confident with office machinery
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Php610.00 per day
