Jobs Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or in writing to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on the first call whenever possible.
- Match customers’ demands to Clients’ products and services.
- Use negotiation skills to address objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Share information with clients and colleagues.
