Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all parts and materials in the inventory system.
- Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Parts Sales team to identify parts and materials needed by the customers.
- Verify and document received shipments, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain organized records of relevant documents.
- Ensure that all parts and materials meet quality standards and specifications.
- Report any issues or defects to the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling and storing parts and materials.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards related to inventory management.
- Perform other duties needed by the Immediate Superior.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php14,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month
