Job Description
JOB SCOPE
- Entering daily client deposits in the accounting package.
- Researching for client payment discrepancies.
- Entering AP bills and credit card charges.
- Researching and resolving AP account discrepancies.
- Assisting with monthly vendor account reconciliations.
- Assisting with AR account reconciliations.
- Providing recommendations for improving internal processes and efficiencies.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities/projects.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Accounting degree.
- 1 year of accounting experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with a goal to complete tasks on time.
MUSTS:
- Stellar English communication skills (C1 and up).
- Availability to work 40hrs/week on U.S. time zone (EST).
Experience:
- Accounting: 2 years (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,00.00 – Php70,00.00 per month
