Job Description
One-day hiring process Earn up to 20k monthly + Bonus and Incentives We are looking for dedicated Call Center Agents to join our Retail Account. This is for urgent hiring, submit your application now.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions related to retail products or services
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex issues as needed
- Meet performance targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve customer service processes
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php19,500.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
