Description
Join our team and be responsible for real-time analysis and scheduling functions based on business needs. Key tasks include call volume monitoring, schedule adjustments, efficient staff scheduling, historical pattern analysis, and utilizing WFM tools. Requirements: BA/BS in Business, Statistics, or related field, 2 years of call center ops experience. Preferred: 2 years real-time management in call center, WFM tool familiarity.
