Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Course
- Must be willing to be assigned in Angeles, Pampanga
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Transcribe weekly data gathered from patient files using worksheets
- Update Weekly Patient Index Report (date, patient’s name, procedure, doctor’s name)
- Collect inventory items/sheets after every procedure for database encoding
- Assist in conducting Inventory
- Filing of delivery receipts, Quotation, and Service Reports to their designated folders
- Track and monitor supplies need for purchase request
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
