Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in managing mobilization, repair, and maintenance of light and heavy equipment in construction
- Knowledge/experience in civil engineering industry
- Knowledgeable in diesel engines
- Thorough knowledge of safety regulations
- Good communication skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mechanics and equipment operators
- Monitor acquisition, operations, and maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Motorpool Supervisor: 3 years (Required)
Language: English (Preferred)
