Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Assistant at Masagana Gas Corporation. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations.

Core Responsibilities:
- Maintains customer database and updates
- Reminds accounts on past due
- Resolves order and inventory problems
- Updates managers with daily action summaries
- Resolves pricing discrepancies
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to customers
- Prepares sales tracking reports
- Prints and scans proposal/price notices for customers
- Tracks sales expenses for reimbursement
- Prepares sales presentations and monthly reports
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, or related field
- Vocational graduate with solid experience may apply
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy
- 1-2 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in conducting market research
- Excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement mindset
