Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Level 1 Customer Happiness Expert to join our team. As a Level 1 Customer Happiness Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include responding to customer queries via email, phone, and chat, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude, and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.
If you have excellent communication skills, a strong customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure, we want to hear from you!
