Job Description
Join our team at Edsa Shangri-La, Manila, the premier five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center. We are seeking a skilled Service Leader for our renowned Chinese restaurant, Summer Palace.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with guests and uphold exceptional service standards
- Inspire team members and foster a positive team dynamic
- Handle guest concerns professionally
- Enhance overall guest satisfaction
- Support daily operations and work closely with the Service Manager
- Contribute to the restaurant’s ambiance and appeal
Requirements:
- Passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoy engaging with guests
- Strong team player with outstanding communication skills
- Experience in luxury dining or 5-star hospitality preferred
