Job Description
– Graduate of Civil Engineering or any engineering course.
– At least 2 years of experience in horizontal and vertical construction or real estate companies.
– Experience in Document Control.
– Responsible for planning, budgeting (punch list), and scheduling coordination of construction projects, as well as the necessary administrative duties associated with each contract.
– Monitors and manages constructions, repairs and inspection timelines and deadlines.
– Coordinate with various teams, project managers, and contractors, as well as writing plans, proposals and clearly explaining complex technical details.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Biñan City, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction: 2 years (Preferred)
