Job Description
FUNCTIONS
- Performs accounting and clerical functions to support the department
- Responsible for resolving discrepancies in invoice processing
- Ensures accurate recording of transactions
- Prioritizes invoices based on payment terms
- Reconciles charge transactions and verifies documentation
- Maintains good customer relations
- Handles various accounting tasks assigned by Management
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- Experience in finance/accounting with attention to detail
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office, proactive, and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
