Job Description
Client Requirements:
- Act as L1 support for Cloud Tool
- Report L2 tickets documenting customer issues and assigning the right urgency
- Skillset Needed: Basic helpdesk technology skills and English fluency
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year BPO helpdesk experience
- Prior helpdesk or tech support role preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software/hardware
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Technical Background:
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- IT troubleshooting skills
Infrastructure Monitoring:
- Monitor downtime, alert clients, explain outages
- English fluency required
