Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least 6 months to 1-year collection experience.
- Exposure in collection assignment dispatching.
- Familiarity or good knowledge of SEC, BSP, and DPA guidelines.
- Deep understanding of different collection practices.
- Intermediate knowledge of different office tools.
- Agile, organized, and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinates contract/cases assignments to third-party agencies.
- Live monitoring of account activities and third-party agency productivity.
- Effectively communicates project, event, and campaign expectations.
- In charge of dispatching cases to different agencies for collection.
- Ensure all third-party collection adheres to the agreed collection policy.
- In-charge of overall communication from vendor to the outsourcing company.
- Initiates other actions as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php24,00.00 per month
