Job Description
We are seeking skilled Medical Coders to join our team on site. As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and assigning appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures. You will ensure accuracy and compliance with coding guidelines and regulations.
Key responsibilities include assigning CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes, collaborating with healthcare providers to clarify documentation, and maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
