Job Description
Our hotel is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Dependable, with the ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction
- Excellent decision-making and personnel management skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Computer literate and proficient in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality
- Familiarity with HR operations and Philippine labor laws is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Shift system
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
