Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration, preferably in a hotel industry
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven HR experience
- Knowledgeable about labor laws
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and results-driven
- Team player
- Familiar with Government statutory ruling
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment planning and onboarding
- Talent Acquisition and Recruitment administration
- Data analysis with HR metrics
- Employee performance evaluation and pay scale appraisal
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Implement disciplinary actions when necessary
