Job Description
Summary of Job for Leasing
- Attend to all concerns of Clients/Franchisees regarding the lease and act as a middle person or point of contact between the Franchisee and Mall-Admin.
- Coordinate with the leasing personnel of the mall on all the concerns of the Client regarding the franchisee’s lease and vice versa.
Summary of Job for Business Development
- Look for prospect malls for partnership, for potential store-franchise locations.
