Job Description
BE PART OF OUR TEAM
We are looking for an intern to assist the top insurance company in the Philippines.
Your role is to help the team in the following areas:
RECRUITMENT
- Scouting potential recruits from different sources.
- Assisting potential recruits for licensing process.
- Creating recruitment posters.
- Keeping the recruitment leads tracker up to date.
AGENTS’ COMPETENCE
- Reminding agents of the trainings they need to attend.
- Organizing unit meetings and other unit initiatives.
- Creating recognition posters.
CLIENT SERVICING
- Keeping the client database up to date.
- Assembling policy delivery kits.
- Submission of requirements and other documents.
- Other duties will be outlined once the intern is on board.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be taking up Business-related courses.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
- Must be willing to commit to a 3-month internship.
- Must own a laptop.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must possess basic knowledge of Google and Microsoft applications.
- Must possess basic editing skills.
Contract length: 3 months
Allowance: Php 200/day
Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
