Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales team and manage schedules, documents, and communication
- Ensure sales equipment/material adequacy
- Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support
- Process orders accurately and timely
- Monitor team progress, propose improvements
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Experience in sales or administrative roles
- Computer literacy and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork
