Job Description
– Generate, print, encode, and send to way (allocate tanks based on planned delivery schedule)
– Update in and out of items and tanks
– Update tanks pending and new order
– Update picklist monitoring daily – saved to VCDI PICKLIST 2024 (extract to excel from PTOP)
– Email from RAE, coordinate with treasury and logistics for posting of BTPUL and ITTO (update pull-out monitoring) and prepare for transmittal
– Email from PPIC VAL, download the pending updates with remarks and status for sales-op
– Attend to all RAE concerns, especially customer orders
– Assist Warehouse Supervisor in preparing reports for monthly KPI
– Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor
