Job Description
Here are the qualifications for the job:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Candidates must be conversant in English
- Must be amenable to work onsite
Job Responsibility:
- Respond to chat questions and provide support
- Gather information, resolve queries, and log customer interactions
- Communicate options effectively and assist customers in decision-making
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
