Job Description

Qualifications:

  • 2 yr or 4-year graduate, IT or non-IT course/degree
  • Basic knowledge in Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Able to work overtime and on a shifting schedule
  • Preferred nearby location
  • Experience in Inventory and PEZA is a plus
  • Able to lift items/units

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle IT equipment procurement, manage asset database, maintain accurate inventory records, and track shipments.
  • Ensure cost-effective software purchases and compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Participate in asset management policies development, maintain systems, and control adherence.
  • Process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors/stakeholders.
  • Participate in procurement projects such as office remodels, ensuring timely completion.
  • Prepare financial reports using asset records and vendor reports for cost analysis.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,00.00 per month
