Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2 yr or 4-year graduate, IT or non-IT course/degree
- Basic knowledge in Excel
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Able to work overtime and on a shifting schedule
- Preferred nearby location
- Experience in Inventory and PEZA is a plus
- Able to lift items/units
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle IT equipment procurement, manage asset database, maintain accurate inventory records, and track shipments.
- Ensure cost-effective software purchases and compliance with licensing requirements.
- Participate in asset management policies development, maintain systems, and control adherence.
- Process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with vendors/stakeholders.
- Participate in procurement projects such as office remodels, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare financial reports using asset records and vendor reports for cost analysis.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 per month
