Job Description
We are currently hiring for Building Management Services Staff at South Central General Construction Co Inc. Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of air conditioning units and centralized air conditioning
- Knowledge and experience with maintaining HVAC, Chiller Rooms, and Electrical Systems
- Monitor and maintain optimal air flow, and general electrical operations
- Experience in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance operations
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Building Management Services
- NCII Certificate is required
Basic rate: Php700/day with increase after regularization with OT
Location: Canlubang
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php700.00 – Php750.00 per day
Benefits: Flexible schedule, Pay raise
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Holidays, Late shift, Night shift, Overtime
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate to: Calamba, Laguna is preferred
License/Certification: NC2 for Electrician (Required)
